§ 10.16.160. Unauthorized tampering or collecting.

No person shall tamper with, collect, transport through the streets or interfere with the contents of any receptacle containing refuse except employees of the City, City solid waste contractors, or other designated City officials, or those persons to whom special permits have been granted as provided for in Section 10.16.225.
