§ 10.28.090. Fees.

A.

The fee for obtaining a public swimming pool operation permit shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

B.

The fee for obtaining a public swimming pool operator's license shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

C.

No fee shall be charged for a public swimming pool lifeguard's license.
