§ 10.34.070. Enforcement and penalties for improperly applying lawn fertilizer or displaying for sale.

A.

Violations of this chapter will be enforced by the Department of Planning and Zoning, or any successor organization.

B.

Any person violating this chapter is guilty of an infraction and is subject to a fine as established by resolution of the City Council.
