§ 12.08.010. Enforcement by police or authorized agent.

A.

The Police Department, or an authorized agent as defined in Section 12.04.020, shall enforce this title. A person who refuses or fails to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of a police officer or authorized agent is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall pay the fine set forth in the fines schedule.

B.

Parking district laws shall be enforced by officers of the Police Department or representatives of an authorized agent.
