§ 12.08.030. Regulations by Director of Public Works or Director of Transportation.

In coordination with the Police Chief and any authorized agent as defined in Section 12.04.020, either the Director of Public Works or the Director of Transportation may make and enforce regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of this title and make and enforce temporary regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions.
