§ 12.32.020. Parking restrictions within district.

  • A.

    Except for areas designated by City signage as metered spaces, reserved parking, and no parking zones, a residential parking permit authorizes a resident of that district to park permitted vehicles all day on the designated streets within that district. A vehicle is permitted if:

    1.

    The vehicle displays a permit sticker, tag or barcode and is registered with the City or the authorized agent as a permit holder; or

    2.

    The vehicle displays a valid temporary residential parking permit.

    B.

    If there is a conflict between the map for any district and/or the listing of streets in the district, the listing of streets shall prevail.

    C.

    Except as provided elsewhere in the City Code, a resident is eligible for a residential parking permit only when the resident's address is located on one of the streets within a residential parking district.
