§ 12.32.185. Prohibited acts—Valet parking.

It is unlawful for a person, in exchange for a fee or gratuity, to park a car registered to someone else on any portion of a street within any of the residential parking districts established by this chapter unless the car displays a valid residential parking permit for the residential parking district where it is parked or is otherwise registered with the City and the authorized agent as a permit holder.
