§ 12.44.010. Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings indicated:
A.

"Authorized agent" means the company or legal entity, and its employees, agents and contractors, that has been designated by the city in writing to perform any duties or responsibilities related to enforcement purposes under this title.

B.

"Property" means any real property which is not a street or highway.

C.

"Street or highway" means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained.

D.

"Vehicle" means a machine propelled by power other than human power designed to travel along the ground by use of wheels, treads, runners or slides, and to transport persons or property or pull machinery and shall include, without limitation, automobile, truck, trailer, motorcycle, tractor, machinery, buggy and wagon.

E.

"Inoperable" means any circumstance which causes the vehicle reasonably to appear to not operate.
