§ 14.04.080. Inspection.

The Director of Public Works shall inspect the work of installing, repairing or repaving of sidewalks and the material used in the work and shall condemn the work or material if, in the judgment of the Director, the work or material does not comply with the specifications for sidewalks. The property owner shall pay an inspection fee or reinspection fee as established by resolution of the City Council.
