§ 14.20.030. Digging up, relaying or obstructing street without permit.

A.

No person shall open, dig up, re-lay, obstruct or in any manner interfere with streets, lanes, alleys and public squares without a permit.

B.

A person who violates this section is guilty of a municipal infraction and subject to a fine as established by resolution of the City Council.

C.

Nonrefundable fees for permits issued under this chapter shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
