§ 15.20.140. State and Federal permits and approvals.

State and Federal permits and approvals required for construction, modification, enlargement, reconstruction and repair of marinas, community and private piers, mooring piles, mooring, and dredging shall be obtained by the applicant and submitted to the Director of Planning and Zoning or Harbormaster, as a prerequisite to issuance of a City building, mooring, grading or dredging permit. The applicant shall furnish to the director or Harbormaster a certified copy of the plans with supporting data, showing approval of the plans by State and Federal agencies. If the application approved by the Port Wardens subsequently is modified by State or Federal agencies, it shall be resubmitted to the Port Wardens for approval prior to issuance of any permit required by this title.
