§ 17.04.165. Concept plan.

"Concept plan" means the first of three plans submitted under the comprehensive review and approval process required by the Stormwater Management Act of 2007 (Act), as may be amended from time to time, and described in Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 26.17.02 and shall include the following information necessary to allow an initial evaluation of a proposed project, per Section 17.08.065 of the City Code.
