§ 17.04.630. Permit and tolling.

A.

"Permit" means written, authorized approval to perform the proposed work.

B.

Permits and any permit application reviewed, approved, and ready for issuance pursuant to Title 17, and any extensions thereof which are active and valid as of June 30, 2012, shall by definition be tolled until June 30, 2014 so that all such permits, permit application approvals, and extensions shall expire on, or any applicable extension request shall have been requested by, June 30, 2014.

The City of Annapolis Code in force at the time construction commences shall apply to all such permit application approvals.
