§ 17.12.023. Building permit—Exemptions.

A.

The exemptions from the requirement of a building permit are provided in the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, and the International Existing Building Code as applicable.

B.

No building permit is required on residential construction projects that are non-structural replacements and/or repair of windows, doors, and siding. Compliance with the applicable provisions of the Annapolis City Code is required regardless of the requirements for a building permit.
