§ 17.24.160. Gasfitter—Bond.

Insurance or surety as required by Maryland State law shall be filed with the Department of Planning and Zoning by each gasfitter before issuance of the gasfitter's license, conditioned upon the full completion of all contracted gas work and satisfaction of any judgment or execution issued against the gasfitter because of failure to complete gas work or to pay for labor or materials in the work.
