§ 17.40.350. Bathroom ventilation and light.

Every bathroom and water closet compartment, and nonhabitable room used for food preparation, shall comply with the light and ventilation requirement for habitable rooms contained in Sections 17.40.320 and 17.40.340, except, that no window or skylight shall be required in these rooms if they are equipped with adequate artificial light and a ventilation system in good working condition which is approved by the Director of Planning and Zoning.
