§ 17.40.700. Bathroom facilities—Rooms.

Every flush water closet, flush urinal, lavatory basin, bidet, and bathtub or shower shall be located within the roominghouse in one or more rooms which:

A.

Afford privacy and are separate from the habitable rooms;

B.

Are accessible from a common hall and without going outside the roominghouse; and

C.

Are not more than one story removed from the rooming unit of any occupant intended to share the facilities.
