§ 17.40.800. Cutoff of utilities.

No owner, operator or occupant shall cause any service equipment or utility which is required by this chapter to be removed, shut off or discontinued for any occupied dwelling let or occupied by the owner, operator or occupant, except for any temporary interruption as may be necessary while actual repairs or alterations are in process or during temporary emergencies.
