§ 17.60.050. Permit—Fees.

A.

There shall be a permit application fee as established by resolution of the City Council. The application fee is nonrefundable except when the permit application has been denied.

B.

The fees for permits for the installation of signs shall be as established by resolution of the City Council.

C.

In addition, a fee as established by resolution of the City Council shall be required for any billboard requiring a public hearing prior to the issuance of a permit.
