§ 1.20.060. Municipal infraction—State provisions.

Latest version.

All provisions of Article 23A, Section 3, or its successors, of the Annotated Code of Maryland relating to municipal infractions are incorporated in this chapter. In the event of any inconsistency between Sections 1.20.020 through 1.20.050 and Article 23A, Section 3, or its successors, the state law provisions shall prevail.
