§ 20.32.030. Board action.

  • Prior to the granting of any variance, the Board of Appeals shall stipulate conditions and restrictions as in their judgment will secure substantially the objectives of the standards or requirements so varied or modified. In all cases in which variances are granted, the Board shall require evidence and guarantees as it may deem necessary as proof that the conditions stipulated in connection with the variance are being and will be satisfied. No variance shall be granted under this chapter except by the affirmative vote of a majority of all members of the Board.
