§ 2.16.120. Committees.

A.

Following the recommendation by the Mayor made pursuant to Chapter 2.12 of this code, aldermen shall be confirmed to serve on a committee by a majority vote of the City Council.

B.

No committee shall have more than three aldermen as members.

C.

Each committee shall elect its chairman from its own membership.
