§ 2.48.225. Risk management defined.

  • For the purposes of this section, "risk management" means "a process for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks of different kinds, and developing strategies to minimize or eliminate the impact of risk."

    The City Council may approve the written rules and regulations as recommended by the Risk Management Committee. Upon adoption by the City Council, such rules and regulations shall have the full force and effect of law.
