§ 3.16.130. Dismissal.

A permanent status employee who has been dismissed shall not be entitled to payment for accumulated leave or any benefits until all administrative and court appeals are exhausted and the dismissal finally is affirmed or the time for filing an appeal has passed without any appeal being filed.
