§ 3.20.060. Funeral leave.

Permission for funeral leave or conditions caused by death in the immediate family or other relative by marriage, as defined in the rules and regulations of the personnel system, or an applicable collective bargaining agreement, for a maximum period of three workdays may be granted by the appointing authority. Funeral leave shall not be deducted from any other leave earned by the employee.
