§ 3.20.100. Overtime payment and compensatory leave.

A.

An employee who performs overtime work shall be granted overtime payment or compensatory leave in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and subsequent State and Federal regulations governing that compensation.
