§ 3.36.010. Plan established.

An amended and restated plan, the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan effective July 1, 2015, is hereby established and adopted by reference. The terms of the plan are set forth in a separate plan document maintained by the City, and may be amended, from time to time, by resolution. The plan is a continuation, and a complete amendment and restatement, of the retirement plan for members of the Fire and Police Departments as maintained by the City immediately prior to the adoption by reference of the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan effective July 1, 2015.
