§ 3.40.010. Definitions.

  • A.

    "Employer" means any person engaging in any activity, enterprise or business employing or having supervisory authority over at least one individual and includes but is not limited to an agency or employee of the government of the City of Annapolis.

    B.

    "Sexual harassment" means any unwelcome sexual advancements, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal, physical, nonverbal or visual interaction or conduct of a sexual nature, or conduct based upon an individual's gender.
