§ 7.08.040. Miniature golf courses—Other outdoor amusements.

No person shall operate any miniature golf course or other outdoor place of amusement not otherwise provided for in this chapter without first obtaining a license from the City Clerk. The fee for the license shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
