§ 7.32.050. License—Issuance—Fee.

If the recommendations of the Health Officer, Chief of Police, Fire Chief and Department of Public Works are favorable, the applicant shall be licensed by the City Clerk upon payment of a license fee as established by resolution of the City Council. The Mayor may revoke the license at any time for good cause and following notice and public hearing.
