§ 7.40.054. License—Term.

A.

A license issued under this chapter shall be temporary and vest no property right in the applicant or any other person.

B.

A license may be issued for up to one year to persons engaged in the business of a peddler, hawker, itinerant merchant, mobile vendor, or transient vendor.
