§ 7.40.075. Display of license.

A.

Each person issued a license shall carry the license and government-issued identification with him or her at all times while engaged in the activities authorized by the license and shall exhibit the license and government-issued identification whenever lawfully required to do so by any police officer or by any person solicited.

B.

Persons operating from a vehicle, boat, cart, or stand shall display their license and government-issued identification in a conspicuous place.
