§ 7.48.530. Fingerprints—Photographs—Fee.

Before issuing any license card to a driver, the Director of Transportation shall obtain from the applicant the following:
A.

A copy of his/her fingerprints, which will be made in the Department of Transportation;

B.

Such facts in writing as may be reasonably required;

C.

A registration fee of as established by resolution of the City Council.
