§ 7.56.020. Permit required.

A.

No person shall engage in the operation of a valet parking service without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Transportation as set forth in this chapter. The valet parking permit fee shall be as established by resolution of the City Council and shall expire one year after its date of issuance.

B.

The Director of Transportation may revoke or suspend any owner's permit upon violation of this chapter.

C.

Exemptions. Establishments providing on-site valet parking services shall be exempt from the licensing requirements of this chapter.
