§ 10.16.100. Notice to remove refuse accumulations.

The Director of Planning and Zoning may inspect all premises, yards, and alleys. If the director observes accumulations of refuse, the director shall serve notice on the owners of the premises to remove the refuse accumulations. Any owner must comply with the notice within seven days from the date of the notice.
