§ 10.16.110. Inspections—Right of entry.

The Director of Planning and Zoning may enter premises, other than the interior of dwellings, with reasonable notice to the property owner for the purpose of inspecting refuse storage facilities and adjoining resting places and harborages of insects and rodents, and to apply or require chemical treatment for the temporary control of insects and rodents.
