§ 17.24.080. Gasfitter—License—Renewal.

The license year for all licenses shall be from June 1st through May 31st. A person granted a license pursuant to this chapter, unless the license or a renewal has been suspended or revoked, shall be granted a renewal, provided the application for renewal is accompanied with a valid City license for the immediately preceding period and the fee is submitted prior to June 1st of each year. A license which has not been renewed by June 1st, in the discretion of the Director or his or her designee, may be renewed upon the payment by the licensee of the renewal fee, plus a delinquency penalty as established by resolution of the City Council. In the case of a master or restricted gasfitter, the bond, as provided for in Section 17.24.160, shall be submitted with the application for a license.
