§ 17.30.010. Utility contractor license—Required.

No person shall do work as a utility contractor in the City of Annapolis without first applying for and receiving a license from the Director of Planning and Zoning upon payment of an annual fee as established by resolution of the City Council. Specific types of license shall be as per the requirements as established by the Director of Public Works. Issued licenses are not transferable for any reason. All fees are nonrefundable.
