§ 17.40.280. Bathroom—Toilet, basin and shower or bathtub.

Every dwelling unit shall contain within its walls a room, separate from the habitable rooms, which shall afford privacy and which is equipped with complete bathroom facilities consisting of a flush water closet, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower in good working condition and properly connected to water and sewer systems approved by the Director of Planning and Zoning.
