§ 17.40.290. Kitchen—Sink, stove and refrigerator.

Every dwelling unit shall contain within its walls a kitchen sink, cooking stove and refrigerator in good working condition. The kitchen sink shall be connected properly to water and sewer systems approved by the Director of Planning and Zoning.
