§ 20.32.040. Resubmittal after denial.

Latest version.

No application for a variance which has been denied by the Board of Appeals shall be resubmitted for a period of one year from the date of the order of denial, except on the grounds of new evidence or proof of change of conditions found to be valid by the Board of Appeals.
