§ 3.12.020. City Council—Duties.

The City Council shall:
A.

In conjunction with the adoption of the annual operating budget and whenever deemed necessary, consider the recommendations of the Civil Service Board;

B.

Adopt, by resolution, a pay plan and subsequent revisions after consideration of the recommendations of the Civil Service Board.
