§ 3.16.040. Pay after promotion or transfer.

  • A promoted or transferred employee shall receive a rate of pay equal to or higher than that which the employee received in the former position. A promoted or transferred employee shall remain eligible for an in-grade pay increase twelve months following the employee's last in-grade pay increase.
