§ 3.16.090. Resignation.

  • A permanent status employee who intends to resign shall file a written notice of resignation with the appointing authority. Whenever possible, an employee shall give notice of resignation at least two weeks in advance. A resignation shall be deemed effective and final upon its receipt by the appointing authority and may not thereafter be withdrawn without the express, written approval of the appointing authority.
