§ 4.28.040. Application—Required.

Latest version.

Except for persons who become eligible to cast an emergency absentee ballot, a qualified voter desiring to vote at any election as an absentee voter shall make application in writing to the board for an absentee ballot, and the application must be received not later than the close of business Friday preceding the election.
