§ 7.56.030. Application.

The application for a valet parking permit shall be filed with the Department of Transportation on a form provided by the Director of Transportation, and shall be accompanied by the following items:
A.

A nonrefundable filing fee as established by resolution of the City Council;

B.

Proof of availability of off-street parking spaces to be used by the applicant. If the spaces are available to the applicant pursuant to lease agreement, a copy of the lease shall be submitted.
